Daytrip to DC

~ April 21, 2001 ~

Acting on a plan long deferred,

Mother and I drove down to Washington, DC to visit Jennifer in her new home.

The day included a delicious deli lunch shared with Bob and Elena

and a compact DC driving tour with a special stop at the National Cathedral.

All agreed it was a wonderful way to celebrate spring and savor family ties.
