Digging out from the winter's first big snow
and then watching the Eagles trounce the Falcons to win the NFC championship

It was a day of champions:  my ancient-but-doughty John Deere tractor managed to clear the drive
and the Philadelphia Eagles beat the Atlanta Falcons 27-10 to clinch the NFC title.

This wasn't a record snowfall, but it was plenty.
 There's always some hand-shoveling to do.

One sad note:  I discovered this forlorn sparrow
just a few feet from the feeder.
