The open blossoms of my Dendrobium kingianum
are a beautiful harbinger of spring

This native of Australia is an easy-care orchid. Run it under some lukewarm water once a week,
drain completely, and allow it to bask in filtered sunlight in a cool environment.
In the winter, my kitchen gets down to the low 50s, which I believe qualifies as "cool."
